Niška Banja
Niška Banja lies about 10 km from Niš, at the foot of Koritnik, at 248 m above sea level. According to the Serbian spa association, the modern development of the spa began in 1923. The "Novo kupatilo" of 1935 is called the Staro kupatilo today.
The Institute for Treatment and Rehabilitation Niška Banja is at Srpskih junaka 2 and is listed in the state tourism database as a spa clinic. For treatment and for use of the pools, contact the Institute directly, and do not assume there is open daily entry.

Sokobanja, Vrnjačka Banja and Prolom Banja

Sokobanja
A spa town in its own right, 60 km from Niš and 30 km from Aleksinac. The tourist information lists specialized hospitals and bath facilities. The access road is the E-75 motorway from Belgrade to Niš, leaving at Aleksinac. Because of the distance it is a separate trip and not a stop on a day in Niš.
Vrnjačka Banja
It lies below Goč, in the valleys of the Vrnjačka and Lipovačka rivers. The tourist organization gives 120 km from Niš airport, not from the Institute. The operator Merkur describes warm and cold mineral springs, among them "Topla voda" at 36.5 °C. Ask the operator about the current water temperature.
Prolom Banja
The operator lists Hotel Radan, Prolom water and wellness, near the Radan mountains. Check the road distance from Niš or Niška Banja on a map before you go.

Niška Banja is the closest. It is about 10 km from Niš, so you can combine it with the fortress, Ćele Kula and Mediana.
